See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 30, 2024, Mr. Woolley requested, “the contact information, email and address of the ADA coordinator or the personnel at the MBTA who is in charge of American with Disability Acts requests.” The MBTA provided a response on July 5, 2024. Unsatisfied with the MBTA’s response, Mr. Woolley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2074, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the MBTA provided a supplemental response on July 26, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the MBTA’s July 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Woolley may appeal the substantive nature of the MBTA’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
