See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 3, 2024, Mr. Cote requested the following: [1.] All information requested is that information that pertains to [an identified individuals][;] [2.] Email, mail, and voicemail from the Housing Authority Director related to our granddaughters family[;] [3.] Email, mail, minutes, phone logs, and voicemail from the Housing Authority Board that mentions or discusses [an identified individual] as a topic of conversation. This includes private emails that are used for town business[;] [4.] Email, phone logs, and letters from the Housing Authority to the West Brookfield Police Department as it relates to conversations regarding [an identified individual][;] [5.] Historical records of former resident being banned from visiting housing[;] [6.] Lost/stolen personal items, under the care of the West Brookfield Housing Authority, taken from the family household, in particular, but not limited to a dishwasher. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Cote petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2108, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Mr. Cote with a response on July 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
