The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records August 7, 2024 SPR24/2118 Carl Nylen Select Board Member Ipswich Town Hall 25 Green Street Ipswich, MA 01938 Dear Mr. Nylen: I have received the petition of Timothy W. Goodrich appealing the response of the Town of Ipswich – Strategic Planning Committee (Committee) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 10, 2024, Mr. Goodrich requested “the most up-to-date modeling spreadsheet.” The Committee responded on July 12, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Committee’s response, Mr. Goodrich petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2118, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Committee provided a further response by email to Mr. Goodrich and this office on July 26, 2024, which indicated that the responsive spreadsheet has been provided. In an email to this office on the same day, Mr. Goodrich stated, “[t]he spreadsheet provided by [the Committee] satisfies my July 10th public records request.” In light of Mr. Goodrich’s July 26th email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Timothy W.
