See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In three (3) separate requests, on July 2, 2024, Ms. Crimaldi requested the following records: [1] Any/all standards, policies, and procedures regarding death investigations[;] [2] Records concerning dates of service, awards, disciplinary action, and duty assignments for [an identified individual], who had a [specified identification number][;] [3] Any/all records from IA case 2019-0054 concerning [an identified individual]. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Crimaldi petitioned this office and the following appeals: SPR24/2132, SPR24/2133, and SPR24/2134, were opened as a result.
