See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 14, 2024, Mr. Marino requested, “outgoing email correspondence from [a named individual] and the associated replies within the specified time period that include the words ‘cable television’, or ‘cable tv’ send to any of the following: 1. Any employee of Charter Communications, Charter-Spectrum, or its other entities; 2. [a named individual]; 3. To any present or past members of the Cable Television Advisory Committee[.]” The City provided a response on May 29, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Marino petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2140, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City intends to provide Mr. Marino with a supplemental response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s May 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Marino may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
