See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 10, 2024, Mr. Marino requested: …emails to and from [C]ity employees to/from ...@usich.gov. Only if this request is overly burdensome or the number of emails unreasonably high, could you please let me know the following to enable me to refine the request: [a] the number of emails identified by the [C]ity as responsive to the request; [b] the total number of emails identified by the [C]ity as responsive to the request that are to/from the [C]ity manager and cabinet level officials; [and,] [c] the 5 [C]ity email addresses with the highest number of emails identified responsive to the request. On June 25, 2024, the City provided a response to Mr. Marino, as a result, Mr. Marino petitioned this office, and this appeal was opened. Subsequently, it is my understanding that the City intends to provide Mr. Marino with a supplemental response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s June 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Marino may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
