See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 19, 2024, Willoughby Mariano requested, “[c]opies of applications for search warrants and returns in Milton police cases 2017000007117 and 2020000013572 . . .” The Department responded on July 29, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Willoughby Mariano petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2174, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Willoughby Mariano with a supplemental response dated August 2, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s July 29, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Willoughby Mariano may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s August 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
