See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 17, 2024, Ms. McKinnon requested, “email communication from, to and between [identified individuals] about White Stadium Supplemental Document submitted by Boston Unity Soccer Partners between June 26, 2024 and July 10, 2024.” The Agency provided a response on August 1, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Agency’s response, Ms. McKinnon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2192, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Agency provided Ms. McKinnon with a supplemental response on August 8, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Agency’s August 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McKinnon may appeal the substantive nature of the Agency’s August 8th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
