See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 18, 2024, Mr. Wood requested “. . . meeting minutes, in draft or other form, for the Board of Selectmen Executive Session held on December 11, 2023, July 8, 2024, July 5, 2023.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2241, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Wood with a response dated August 7, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
