See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 24, 2024, Ms. Wehtje requested “… a copy of the general ledger sub accounts showing activity and any balance(s) owed …” for the rental of offices by two identified individuals, or “… other documents that will allow [her] to ascertain the same information.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Wehtje petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2257, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Wehtje with a response dated August 13, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Wehtje may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 13th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
