Bach appealing the response of Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 18, 2024, Ms. Bach requested “… any SCFA records related to any communications within SCDA regarding [an identified individual’s] sustained allegation of perjury.” On June 4, 2024, the Office acknowledged Ms. Bach’s request and expressed its intent to provide a response. Having received no further communication from the Office, Ms. Bach petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/2280, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Bach’s request by providing responsive records on August 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s June 4th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
