See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 26, 2024, Mr. Durgin requested “any and all emails the BOS and or the Town Administrator received from [a named individual] since November 1 2023 to present plus 10 business days[.] And a copy of the drop box file ‘Durgin Eggs’ found on the administrative/Bos one drive or the BOH one drive.” The Town provided a response on August 7, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Durgin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2289, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on August 16, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s August 7, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Durgin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 16th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
