See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 8, 2024, Mr. Gerhardson requested the following records: [L]and purchased under a grant for airport noise compatibility purposes, and land purchased under a grant for airport development purposes (other than noise compatibility, AND any tentative plans to do so. Please include offers to purchase land that were refused by the owner, price paid per each lot etc. 2021-present. The City responded on August 13, 2024, providing numerous responsive records. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Gerhardson petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/2293, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the City on August 14, 2024, Mr. Gerhardson indicates that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. In light of Mr. Gerhardson’s August 14th email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
