See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 5, 2024, Ms. Colon requested, “a copy of the Residents’ List for the City of Springfield via email…” The City provided a response on August 14, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Colon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2372, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the City provided a supplemental response on August 30, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s August 14th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Colon may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s August 30th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
