See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 8, 2024, Ms. Dormer requested: [1] The Site Plan Review, the Application for Permit and ‘As Built’ plans for the entire lot at 5 Green Street and any order of conditions for either the Special Permit, if applicable or the Site Plan Review. [2] A copy of a letter dated 5/9/23 from . . . the Building Commissioner to . . . regarding Cranberry Point Energy regarding extension. The Town responded on August 22, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Dormer appealed, and this case, SPR24/2413, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a supplemental response on August 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s August 22nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Dormer may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s August 23rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
