Records Access Officer Lynn Public Schools 100 Bennett Street Lynn, MA 01905 Dear Mr. Gallo: On August 28, 2024, this office received your petition on behalf of Lynn Public Schools (School) seeking an extension of time to produce records. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the School furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Bruce Harter. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). SPR24/2450 Page 2 September 4, 2024 [f.] Bargaining Unit Name[;] [g.] Supervisor Name[;] [h.] Days Worked Per Year[;] [i.] Full Time Equivalent status (1.0, .8 .5 etc)[.] In an email to the School dated August 28, 2024, Mr. Harter states, “I will be able to work within the parameters in the attached petition.” Conclusion In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the School’s petition seeking an extension of time to produce records.
