See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 20, 2024, Mr. Gleason requested, “the RFP and the list of ad tactics that were approved by the state for the Dangers of Ant-Abortion [sic] Centers campaign.” The Department provided a response on August 21, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Gleason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2491, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided a supplemental response on September 12, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s August 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gleason may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s September 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
