See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 21, 2024, Mr. May requested the following: [1] . . . a copy of … the most recent filing with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. [2] I would also like verification by (your chosen means) on the specific agreement we, the Town of Templeton, has with this “Templeton Firesomething Association” and who is the contact person. The Town provided a response on August 21, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. May petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2509, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on September 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s August 21st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. May may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 10th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
