See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 3, 2024, Ms. Stockton requested abatement records for a list of parcels and, “the abatement records for the rectory building of Our Lady Star of the Sea and Grace Community Church … which do not appear in the Patriot Properties database. We are asking for these records for all of the subject properties including and subsequent to the Fiscal Year July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984.” The Town provided a response on September 12, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Stockton petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2585, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on September 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Stockton may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 23rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
