See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 15, 2024, Mr. Vernon requested the following: [1] The complete motor vehicle crash report, incident report and collision analysis report (if done) [2] Complete electronic copies of all visual and audio recordings from body worn cameras from all responding officers. [3] Complete electronic copies of all visual and audio recordings from dashcam cameras from all responding officers. Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR24/2510 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 11, 2024). The Department responded on August 30, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Vernon petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/2604, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Vernon with a further response on September 20, 2024. Where this appeal was opened on the basis of the Department’s August 30th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Vernon may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s September 20th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
