See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 5, 2024, Li Chang requested, “... Non-Bank Call Report Data. The data is used by [an identified individual] and her co-author in their research paper ...” The Division responded on September 13, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Li Chang petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2614, was opened as a result. In an email on September 19, 2024, Li Chang informed this office that the appeal is withdrawn. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
