G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). As required by law, the Office furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Jesse D. Schomer, Esq., of Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C. Id. On August 16, 2024, Attorney Schomer requested the following records: [1] EOHLC Chapter 40B Subsidized Housing Inventory (“SHI”) for the Town of Raynham – effective as of January 22, 2024[;] [2] All affordable housing restrictions, regulatory agreements, or other like documents establishing the SHI-eligibility of housing units shown on the SHI for the Town of Raynham. Without limitation, this shall include all such documents pertaining to EOHLC ID Nos.: 2593, 2594, 2596, 2597, 2598, 2599, 2600, 2601, 4431, 10892 and 10938. Subsequent to the opening of this petition, in an email to the Office and this office dated September 20, 2024, a representative of Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C. states, “[p]lease see the attached package which I sent via U.S. mail to [the Office] late yesterday afternoon, which includes the requested payment.” In light of the above, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Office’s petition for permission to charge for time spent segregating or redacting responsive records.
