G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Department furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Deborah Porr. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L.c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On September 12, 2024, Ms. Porr requested, “[n]umerous police reports that pertain to an ongoing neighbor dispute.” Subsequently, in an email to the Department on October 1, 2024, Ms. Porr states “we will pay the fee.” In light of the above, it is unnecessary to opine on the Department’s petition to charge for segregating or redacting responsive records.
