Box 438 Assonet, MA 02702 Dear Ms. Estrella: I have received the petitions of Emma Rindlisbacher, appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Freetown (Town) to three requests for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 11, 2024, in separate requests, Ms. Rindlisbacher requested: SPR24/2737 [1.] “[An identified individual’s] emails to/from [an identified individual] (and any additional emails part of those email chains).” SPR24/2738 [2.] “[A]ll emails between [an identified individual] and [two identified individuals]… between Jan 1, 2024 and Sept 11, 2024[.]” SPR24/2739 [3.] “[An identified individual’s] emails to/from [an identified individual] (and any additional emails part of those email chains).” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Rindlisbacher petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR24/2737, SPR24/2738, and SPR24/2739, were opened as a result. In an email on October 11, 2024, Ms. Rindlisbacher informed this office that she wishes to withdraw the appeals. Accordingly, I will consider these administrative appeals closed.
