G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, it is my understanding that the School furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor, Joanne Wheeler. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On September 22, 2024, Ms. Wheeler requested: [1.] Emails written by [an identified individual] between 2016 and 2024 that mention the [identified] employee[;] [2.] Emails written by [an identified individual] during her time at Wellesley Public Schools that mention the [identified] employee[;] [3.] Emails written by [an identified individual] between January 2023 and August 2024 that mention the [identified] employee[;] [4.] Emails written by [an identified individual] between 2016 and 2024 that mention the [identified] employee[.] On October 8, 2024, subsequent to the opening of this petition, Ms. Wheeler emailed the School and this office, and stated, “Thanks so much for the estimate! I encourage Ms. Wheeler and the School to continue to communicate directly in order to facilitate producing records more efficiently and affordably. See G. L. c. 66, § 10(b)(vii).
