See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 25, 2024, Mr. Calhoun requested, “... all emails sent or received by [an identified individual] ... on June 23, 2023.” The City provided a response on October 9, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Calhoun petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2796, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response to Mr. Calhoun on October 22, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s October 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Calhoun may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s October 22nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
