See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 18, 2024, Attorney Green requested: [1] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents relating to [an identified individual]. [2] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents relating to [an identified individual]. [3] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents relating to [an identified individual]. [4] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents relating to [an identified individual]. [5] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents relating to [an identified individual]. [6] Any and all reports, narratives, supplemental narratives, field interrogation observation reports, or other records and documents associated with [a specified address]. [7] Any and all computer aided dispatch reports associated with [a specified address]. [8] Any and all recorded 911 telephone calls, recorded business line calls, or other recorded telephone calls, between January 1, 2023, and July 18, 2024, from [an identified individual]. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Green petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2806, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Attorney Green with a response on October 18, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Green may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
