See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 19, 2024, Ms. Allen requested, “copies of public records of Police activity on Hayes Road March 10, 2023, August 9 and 10, 2023.” The Department responded on September 23, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Allen petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2808, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Allen with a further response on October 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s September 23, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Allen may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s October 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
