On August 8, 2024, Attorney Ralph requested: [1] The name of any Police Department, terminal user name, and date of query for the name . . . with a date of birth of . . . from March 1, 2023, through September 1, 2023. [2] The name of any Police Department, terminal user name, and date of query for the name . . . with a date of birth of . . . in Coplink from March 1, 2023, through September 1, 2023. [3] The name of any Police Department, terminal user name, and date of query for the name . . . with a date of birth of . . . in SWISS from March 1, 2023, through September 1, 2023. [4] A list of Police Departments, terminal user name, requester name, reason for request, and date of BOP query for the name of . . . with a date of birth of . . . from March 1, 2023, through September 1, 2023. [5] Report numbers of any Oxford Police Department reports accessed by the Boxborough Police Department via Coplink and/or SWISS, from March 1, 2023, through September 1, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Ralph petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2841, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Department has provided a response.
