See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 11, 2024, Attorney Horne filed a public records request for the following: [1] Any and all reports by any law enforcement personnel or employees, naming . . ., from October 1, 2023 throught the present; [2] And any all reports by any law enforcement personnel or employees, naming . . ., from October 1, 2023 through the present; [3] Any and all reports by any law enforcement personnel or employees, naming . . . from October 1, 2023 through the present; [4] Recordings and notes from any and all 911 calls placed by . . . from October 1, 2023 through the present; [5] Recordings and notes of any and all 911 calls placed by . . ., from October 1, 2023 through the present; [6] Recordings and notes of any and all 911 calls placed by . . . from October 1, 2023 throug the present; [7] Any and all reports of events occurring at . . . Ebony Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts from October 1, 2023 through the present; and [8] Recordings and notes of any and all 911 calls placed from . . . Ebony Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, or resulting in any responses to . . . Ebony Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, from October 1, 2023 through the present. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney Horne petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2851, was opened as a result. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Attorney Horne with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
