See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 10, 2024, Attorney Nathanson requested the following records: [1] I am requesting all disciplinary records (complaints, reports, and decisions) for the following correctional officers: [identified individuals] [2] I am requesting the manuals and instructions and any guidelines for the iScreen Urine Test On October 18, 2024, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Nathanson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2872, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided a supplemental response on November 1, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s October 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Nathanson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s November 1st response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
