See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 19, 2024, Ms. Gordon requested “all emails between [two identified individuals] for any and all years.” The Town responded on September 20, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Gordon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/2946, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response to Ms. Gordon on October 31, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 20, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Gordon may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s October 31st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
