See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 23, 2024, Ms. Perry requested “… all communication between the Town of Nantucket … and Surfside Crossing … from 8/1/23 until fulfillment.” On September 27, 2024, the Town provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Perry petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/2966, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Perry with a supplemental response on November 7, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s September 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Perry may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s November 7th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
