See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 11, 2024, Mr. Schrader requested the recording of an identified 911 call placed from “Quincy on Highway 93 south exit 8” at approximately 11:06 AM on November 9, 2024. The Department responded on November 12, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Schrader petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3062, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Schrader and this office on November 21, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the Department’s November 12, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Schrader may further appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s November 21st response within ninety (90) days.
