The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records November 25, 2024 SPR24/3093 Seah Levy Public Records Access Officer City of Cambridge 795 Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Ms. Levy: I have received the petition of Joshua Zisson, Esq., of Zisson & Jacobs, LLP, appealing the response of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 12, 2024, Attorney Zisson requested, “[a]ny pictures or video taken by officers responding to the scene of a motor vehicle vs. bicycle crash which occurred on the 100 block of Hampshire Street in Cambridge, MA, at approximately 2:23 PM on 8/30/24.” The City responded on November 13, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Zisson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3093, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response to Attorney Zisson on November 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 13th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Zisson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 25th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
