See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 25, 2024, Ms. Carlson requested: [1] [T]he balance of all major funds (including stabilization and E+D) as of 6/30/24 and 9/1/24[;] [2] Any document that would show encumbered balances for FY 24 (amount and to whom the money is destined) as of July 1, 2024[;] [3] [T]he excel files submitted to the state by Sept 30, 2024 (and possibly submitted by Masconomet in July 24) as part of the annual End of Year (FY24) report. The School responded on November 8, 2024, which included responsive records. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. Carlson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3095, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response by email to Ms. Carlson and this office on November 19, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the School’s November 8, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Carlson may further appeal the substantive nature of the School’s November 19th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
