On October 3, 2024, Ms. Kohli requested the following records: [A] copy of the cannabis testing data for the contaminants required to be tested beside total yeast and mold — including BTGN, Coliform, TAC, STEC, and Salmonella — from all cultivators from April 2021 to September 30, 2024. Accordingly, the Commission is ordered to provide Attorney Thomas with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
