The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records November 25, 2024 SPR24/3163 Timothy J. Cruise Records Access Officer City of Brockton Brockton City Hall 45 School Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Mr. Cruise: I have received the petition of Chinwe Fatoba appealing the response of the City of Brockton (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 21, 2024, Mr. Fatoba requested the Brockton Redevelopment Authority meeting agendas. The City provided a response on November 22, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Fatoba petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3163, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the City provided a supplemental response on November 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 22nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fatoba may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 25th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
