See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 14, 2024, Mr. Klein requested “[c]opies of the emails parents sent about the purchase of a building at any [sic] prior to its purchase.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Klein petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3234, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Mr. Klein with a response on December 6, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Klein may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
