See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 18, 2024, Ms. Torres requested “a copy of the police report … [from] May 21, 2024” concerning an identified person. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR24/2965 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 6, 2024). In my November 6th determination, I closed the appeal after the Department indicated that it would provide a response to Ms. Torres. The Department responded on November 18, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Torres petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/3246, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response to Ms. Torres on December 4, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s November 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Torres may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s December 4th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
