See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 24, 2024, Ms. Makosky requested, “[a]ny and all dash cam footage and body camera footage related to any and all internal affairs documents available to the public regarding [an identified Trooper].” The Department provided a response on November 4, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Makosky petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3309, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided a supplemental response on December 11, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s November 4th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Makosky may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s December 11th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
