The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records December 17, 2024 SPR24/3320 Whitney Morgan Executive Director Metro North Regional Emergency Communications 400 Revere Beach Parkway Revere, MA 02151 Dear Ms. Morgan: I have received the petition of Michelle Mangino appealing the response of the Metro North Regional Emergency Communication Center (Center) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 26, 2024, Ms. Mangino requested, “any documents including emails regarding [an identified individual’s] separation from your agency including notice of leaving in order to work for the Revere Police Department. Please include last pay date and pay rate.” The Center responded to Ms. Mangino’s request on December 10, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Center’s response, Ms. Mangino appealed, and this case, SPR24/3320, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Center provided a supplemental response on December 17, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Center’s December 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mangino may appeal the substantive nature of the Center’s December 17th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
