See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 26, 2024, Mr. Gallant requested the following records: [1.] Any and All Town of Dover Police Department Reports, Investigative Documents, internal and external bulletins, memorandum or electronic mail, as well as any supplemental reports naming or referencing [a named individual] dating from January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007 [2.] Any and All Town of Dover Police Department Reports, investigative reports, internal and external bulletins, memorandum or electronic mail, as well as any supplemental reports naming the address known as… Dover MA 02030 dating from January 1, 2006 – December 31, 2007 [3.] Any and Computer Aided Dispatch documents or sheets naming [a named individual] and/or . . . Dover MA 02030 dating from January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007 [4.] Any and All Dover Fire Department Reports or Call sheets naming [a named individual] and/or . . . Dover MA 02030 dating from January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007 [5.] Any and All Ambulance and Emergency Department Report naming [a named individual] dating from January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007 [6.] Any and all audio, photographic or video recordings and/or images taken by an agent or employee of the of the Town of Dover showing, depicting, naming or discussing or related into any investigation of [a named individual] dating from January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2007. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Gallant petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3337, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response on December 19, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s December 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gallant may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s December 19th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
