See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 25, 2024, Mr. Wood requested the following: 1. Georgetown School District Employee Attendance Policy; 2. Documents, communication, email, text messages or other records to or from [two named individuals], any Georgetown Education Association member, which references “attendance”, “record request”, “FOIA”, from October 11, 2024 to the present. ... Ongoing Collective Bargaining records exempt. The School responded on December 10, and December 11, 2024, providing a fee estimate. Objecting to the fees, Mr. Wood petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/3339, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the School on December 26, 2024, Mr. Wood states “I withdraw my appeal.” In light of Mr. Wood’s December 26th email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
