Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Attorney Marlette petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3359, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on December 17, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Marlette may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s December 17th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
