See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 11, 2024, Mr. Mullaly requested copies of records “verifying [a named individual’s] qualifications to serve as Swansea’s Tree Warden: Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture/Urban Forestry or a related degree; Arborist certificate; MA Pesticide License; years of supervisory experience in commercial or municipal tree care, and any other license or certificate not listed but related to this request.” On November 22, 2024, the Town acknowledged receipt of Mr. Mullaly’s request. On December 16, 2024, after not receiving the responsive records, Mr. Mullaly petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/3373, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that on December 16, 2024 the Town provided Mr. Mullaly with a response, which included responsive records. In a December 17, 2024 email to this office, Mr. Mullaly stated, “I have received a satisfactory response to my public record request.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
