See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 3, 2024, Ms. McDonald requested, “[a]ny communications (including but not limited to correspondence, text messages, emails) between the Town of Somerset and Southcoast Wind for the period from January 1, 2024 to October 3, 2024.” The Town provided a response on October 3, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. McDonald petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3389, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on December 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s October 3rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McDonald may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s December 23rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
