See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 31, 2024, the requestor sought copies of certain email communications. The Town provided a response on November 25, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3399, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided the requestor with a supplemental response on January 2, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s November 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 2nd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
