See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 2, 2024, Attorney Kim requested, “a police report for an incident … on October 2, 2024 at around 1 a.m.” The Department provided a response on October 15, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Kim petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3409, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided a supplemental response on December 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s October 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Kim may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s December 23rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
