See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 19, 2024, Mr. Greineder requested the following: 1. For all persons filling the staffing matrix for MCI-Norfolk VitalCore personnel, list each position and the name, degree and granting institution, as well as the license, certification, and/or professional qualification for each position as supplied to you according to section 3.5.5, Staffing Patterns[;] 2. The Monthly Time Reports for MCI-Nofolk for the months of July, August, September, and October for the year 2024 as required by the contract in: a) Section 5.7.1 b) Section 5.7.3 c) Section 5.7.4 d) Section 5.7.5 Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Greineder petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3438, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Greineder with a response on December 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Greineder may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s December 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
